Didn't have any cars but they were expecting some returned soon. Never called back to let me know when one arrived. Didn't answer the phone over several hours.
This is by far, the most friendly and knowledgeable Avis i've used in all of the USA. Keep up the great work!

Rick and Lauren Cooper are awesome people. They try their best to get me in a car I want. Been renting continually for about 9 years now and even though I moved about 2 hours away I still rather deal with them than anywhere else.
